Clay & Candle
Create your own candle, from ceramic vessel to personal fragrance.
Using the coiling and pinching technique, you'll shape your own candle jar — a piece made to become part of your daily rituals at home. In the week following your session, your piece will be glazed and fired by Casa Gira.
On the second day of workshop, you will learn about waxes, wicks, and scents. With our guidance, you will blend elements to create your own unique fragranced candle, and pour it in the ceramic jar you created.
The candles you create are a very personal gift to yourself or to someone dear to you.

DISCLAIMERS:
Casa Gira will provide an apron, but wear light, machine-washable clothes — you will get dirty, but clay washes out easily.
Classes are held in English.
You keep everything you make. Firing costs are included in the price.
Coffee, tea, and snacks will be available in the studio.
Beginner-friendly — all levels welcome.
Full refund if the course is canceled more than 4 weeks before the start date. After that, a 50% refund or rebooking to a later session — subject to availability.
No refund is possible for cancellations made less than 1 week before the course starts.
The final pieces will be glaze-fired after the end of the course, and will be ready for pick-up within 4 weeks.
