2. Memberships

• What’s included:

  • Memberships grant access to the workshop from Tuesday to Sunday, upon booking of a slot.

  • Casa Gira's day is split into 3 blocks of 4 hours — 9-13, 13-17, 17-21 — and each membership allows you to book a specific number of slots per month.

  • Members can freely use the studio’s clays, tools, and glazes for practice. Each member will receive a small box to store personal items, but the studio is not responsible for those.

  • Fired pieces will be charged on an extra fee of 20 kr. per 100 g. This fee includes used materials for final pieces, firing, and service.

  • Members get 25% discount in events, courses, and other products.

  • The studio will sporadically organize members’ markets, and the participation is free and optional.

  • Any coffee, tea, and snacks that are in the lounge area.

• Commitment: Memberships are ongoing and billed monthly from the date of purchase.

• Binding period: Memberships have a binding period of 3 months.

• Cancellation policy:

  • Cancellation must be done before the next billing date to avoid being charged for the following cycle.

  • If you cancel after the payment has been processed, the membership remains active until the end of the current paid month.

  • An additional one-month notice period applies, meaning your membership ends at the close of the following month after cancellation.

• How to cancel: Cancellations must be made in writing via email to hello@casagiraceramics.com. You will receive confirmation of cancellation by email.

• How to pause: Memberships can be paused for maximum 31 days, maximum 3 times a year. Cancelations must be made in writing via email to hello@casagiraceramics.com. You will receive a confirmation of pause by email.

• Miscelaneous:

  • If the studio must be closed for an event on a specific day, members will be notified at least two weeks in advance.

  • We offer a 10% discount to low-income individuals, retirees, and students — if you belong to one of these groups, please mention it in your application.

  • Casa Gira offers white, black, and red stoneware, as well as 10+ glazes. Outside glazes can be brought in with approval but cannot be left in the studio.

  • Casa Gira is dog-friendly, but please notify us in advance so we can avoid any clashes between dogs.

3. Clipcards

• What’s included: Clipcards grant access to the workshop from Tuesday to Sunday, upon booking of a slot. Members can freely use the studio’s clays, tools, and glazes for practice. Fired pieces will be charged on an extra fee of 20 kr per 100 g. This fee includes used materials for final pieces, firing, and service.

• Validity: Clipcards are valid for 365 days, and can be used for 180 days after first booking.

• Commitment: Clipcards are charged only once, upon purchase.

• Cancellation policy:

  • You can cancel your clipcard within 2 weeks after purchase, if no slots have been booked under that clipcard.

  • How to Cancel: Cancellations must be made in writing via email to hello@casagiraceramics.com. You will receive confirmation of cancellation by email.
