Kids Clay Play
A creative afternoon of clay for children aged 8–12.
During school breaks, Casa Gira offers clay workshops for kids (and a few hours of me-time for the grown-ups). For this winter break, Johanne will host the session, introducing basic handbuilding techniques but with plenty of space for free creative play alongside. Johanne has a background in pedagogy and experience working with children, and the session will be hosted in Danish. Natalia will be her assistant, and can support any kids in English, Portuguese, or Spanish.
All pieces are glazed and fired at Casa Gira after the session, and ready for pick-up within 4–6 weeks.

DISCLAIMERS:
Your child should wear light, machine-washable clothes — they will get dirty, but clay washes out easily.
The event will be held in Danish, but the teacher’s assistant can support in English, Spanish, and Portuguese.
Your child keeps everything they make. Firing costs are included in the price.
Tea, juice, and light snacks will be available in the studio – please inform us of any allergies.
Full refund if the booking is canceled more than 4 weeks before the start date. After that, a 50% refund or rebooking to a later session — subject to availability.
No refund is possible for cancellations made less than 1 week before the course starts.
The final pieces will be glaze-fired after the end of the course, and will be ready for pick-up within 4-6 weeks.
