Right of Withdrawal for Physical Products

You have the right to cancel your purchase within 14 days without giving any reason.

The 14-day withdrawal period begins on the day you (or someone you authorize who is not the carrier) receive the last item in your order.

Refunds

If you cancel your order, we will refund the cost of the pieces, without shipping.

Refunds will be made using the same payment method you used for your purchase, unless otherwise agreed. You will not be charged any fees for the refund.

We may delay the refund until we have received the returned goods or proof that you have sent them back — whichever comes first.

If you return only part of your order, delivery costs will not be refunded.

Returning the Goods

You must return the goods to us within 14 days of notifying us of your withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the items before the 14 days have passed.

You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any loss in value if the goods have been used or handled beyond what is necessary to check their condition, features, or function.
